At Hustle & Tribe, we hustle to get your orders to you as fast as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours  after confirmation.
  • You’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Time & Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Free on all orders! 
  • Delivery Estimates:
  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping (Prepaid Orders Only): Free! 🎉 Prepaid orders get priority processing and faster delivery at no extra cost.
  • Delivery Estimates:
    • Metro Cities: 1-3 business days
    • Non-Metro Cities: 3-5 business days

Note: While we hustle to get your order to you ASAP, delays may occur due to unforeseen factors like weather, courier service issues, or high demand. But don’t worry—we’ve got your back! 💛

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD Convenience Fee: ₹50 (we’d love to waive it if you choose prepaid!).
  • COD Order Confirmation: COD orders may require an OTP or call confirmation before processing.
  • COD Order Limit: COD is not available for orders above ₹3,000.

4. Shipping Partners & Tracking

  • We ship via trusted courier partners for reliable & timely delivery.
  • Tracking details are sent via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.

5. Undelivered Orders & Reattempts

  • If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will make two more attempts.
  • If undelivered after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us.
