Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you wear! 💛 Since our designs are unique and limited edition, we do not offer returns or exchanges for size issues or preference changes. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’ve got you covered!

1. Can I Return My Order?

We accept returns only if the product is defective or incorrect.

✅ Eligible for Return:

Wrong item received

Defective or damaged product

🚫 Not Eligible for Return:

Size issues or change of mind

Used, washed, or damaged products

Accessories (for hygiene reasons)

2. How to Request a Return?

If you received a wrong or defective item, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Raise a request within 5 days of delivery by emailing help@hustleandtribe.com.

2️⃣ Share clear photos/videos of the issue for verification.

3️⃣ Once approved, we’ll arrange a free return pickup.

4️⃣ After we receive and inspect the product, We will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.

3. Refund Policy

Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

COD Orders: For products purchased via Cash on Delivery, refunds are provided in the form of store credit through a coupon code. This code can be used for future purchases on our website.  (cash refunds for COD are not possible). 

Conditions for Refund: Products must be in unused condition with all original tags intact for eligibility for a refund.
